iphone 8 plus out of stock

iphone 8 plus gold/silver color 64gb is out of stock almost a week

 

i wonder if xfinity mobile is ordering more for people like me waiting to purchase

 

i dont like black color at all it just looks like cheap plastic that will show lotta finger prints on it once you grab it...

 

im kinda upset how apple dont give option for storage 64gb and 256 only where is 128...!

ipipman, the iPhone 8 series is a series of new devices that Apple will replenish.

jjvg1429, not sure. If it's out of stock, we will reach out to the manufacturer for a replenish. I don't have an ETA unfortunately.

Ken, why not? Isn’t there anyone at Comcast that knows if the warehouse has them in stock or not? Especially for customers like me who already got charged and going on 20 days still waiting. What I don’t get is why isn’t there anyone who works at Comcast that is in the know about this or atleast able to give a status update. I would be a lot better if there was just honest transparency with customers on this, that’s all I’m saying. The only thing now that anyone knows is the magic Comcast fairy in the cloud waving a wand posting online xfintiy website that says out of stock estimated ship date 10/20. Aren’t you guys able to reach out to the people in the warehouse or would only a supervisor have that authority?

Ok will someone at Comcast please tell the warehouse my phone is now appearing on their website as in stock 10-23-17. I really need my phones shipped before they go out of stock again for 20 more days or something else happens with my order.

Well I still don’t know where I stand in the que of back orders of thousands. So it’s still a mystery when my phones will ship even though the website claims they are now in stock. (That’s what the site said the day I ordered it as well)

I do not have that access via the forums. If you're interested in what the warehouse has in stock, I'd encourage you to call the XFINITY Mobile line to ask the agents there. I have access to the status of your order and the order tracking number once it ships.
