iPhone X voicemail

On normal iPhone devices, when you click on the phone app and then to voicemail, all of your voicemails are there. They can be played, deleted, etc, right from the app. The iPhone that I purchased from xfinity only gives me the call voicemail option. How do I get the visual portion of the iPhone X voicemail working?

Yes. And I’ve tried resetting network settings.

And do you have LTE enabled for both voice and data under Cellular Data Options?

Others have had this problem too, usually a problem at Xfinity's end. Sometimes the reps here can help. Or you can try your luck with Xfinity phone support.

Yeah I’ve browsed a few other threads where it looked like a Comcast rep reached out. I’ve called the support line twice, they’ve been unable to assist.

Have you received any new voicemail since you did all those things (like resetting the network settings)? This is my true experience on an iPhone X with a different carrier. After futzing around with the settings and getting reprovisioned by the carrier again, my visual voicemail option did not return until I've received a new voicemail.

Yes I’ve had my wife leave a voicemail to test. It still only gives me the option to “call voicemail”

Any updates? I purchased this phone from Xfinity, so I’d assume it wouldn’t be a carrier issue.
