Tried to sign up for 3 lines and buy 2 new Samsung S9 phones. Despite being qualified for 4 lines and a recognized Internet subscriber since 2005 I was denied because my service was switched in January through my HOA. Incredible that xfinity has no override to their system to allow this. They told me they know the "problem" and are working on a program fix that could take up to 2-3 months to be completed. Also, the agent said that there is no shared data between lines even though it's clearly advertised. I called back to another agent and was told the same thing. He said I didn't understand what shared data meant.
Either the agents aren't trained or xfinity is deceiving in their advertising. Not allowing someone who is clearly a long time customer in good standing to sign up because of their problem is unacceptable.
