Xfinity mobile return scam

Xfinity mobile return scam

A quick perusal seems I'm not the only person this has happened to. Note 8 ear speaker was unusable. Called support and they stated to return and they will supply new phone. Did so. 20 days later a charge appears for full price of phone. I gave confirmation that phone was delivered well before. Call support again and get the "unfortunately we can't do anything" spiel. They admit it was their warehouse problem and how the could possibly justify charging you without notice for their mistake is crazy. Call back today and they tell me phone was given grade C, but still in process. Impossible, phone was in pristine condition. How people have faced this same situation? <Edited for violating forum guidelines>

Don't waste time with support, call corporate. <Edited for violating forum guidelines>. I got my refund after way more grief than any customer should endure, but I'm letting my FCC complaint run it's course because they are required to respond to them. <Edited for violating forum guidelines>.

Re: Xfinity mobile return scam

Dgrab, devices graded stock C are returned in less than mint condition and less than mint condition can cover various types of damage--not just cracked screens or completely destroyed phones. Let's take a closer look here. Please private message me your account number, address and full name for help.

Re: Xfinity mobile return scam

I will do that, but the phone was in pristine condition and I have the protection plan.

<Edited for violating forum guidelines>. The same thing happened to me. I returned my phone because it kept dropping calls and had horrible reception. The next thing I know they charged my credit card without any notification. The phone was in perfect condition. No scratches, dings or dents.

  3. Remove your device from Find My iPhone

If you are able to successfully disable Find My iPhone remotely, please call us at (888) 936-4968so that we can reassess your device and refund amount.

I repeat - I call the number and they have got no clue. They are talking about all kinds of Grade C damage.
