I have just spent over 12 hours on the phone. Xfinity has messed up my phone has me going with out services was told would be fix in a half hour never happen. One thing I have record all calls and was lied to. Now have to wait for service pay for phones that a comcast rep told me to do and the phone broke. Tier 3 needs to be report to the government phone is a life line and it takes them this long to fix there mistakes. Will be calling the FTC to see how I report all this.
