I have had the same problem since day one I have had a ticket # no one ever calls me back
I have reset an even changed phone # changed zip code nothing helps. There is a upside down triangle on status bar that has nothing in it. Someone said that means roaming. I can make call go through without message if I am across state line which is 10 miles from here but not in my town. No one knows what I am talking about when I call tech support. Gets very flustrating about to give up myself.

ihave5children, this is a known issue affecting some customers. Please private message me your account number, address and full name for help.

To ComcastKenF.  I have this same problem on my new iPhone 8.  I can't seem to private message you.  Is there some way to fix this or message you?

I have the same problem, phone keeps saying "please re-enter 10 digit telephone number"
