Good god i just had this happen and am getting same lies and run around and losing time from work. Is anyone getting anywhere with these idiots from xfinity mobile? The local xfinity store even tried to help and got the same bs lies. Or is the only thing to so is cancel absolutely all xfinity services?

Did you reach out to CSA Vryconfused? If the order hasn't shipped yet, you can call XFINITY Mobile to cancel them.

Anyone has this resolved? I have spent entire evening on this and not got anywhere! Did you have phones you didn't order turn up? was your credit card billed?
