A similar thing happened to me, not once but twice.  Apparently is very wide spread and Xfinity Mobile's security is very poor.  I had similar problems getting it addressed.  People should be aware that this is happening to many Xfinity users, even Xfinity users like me who never had (or wanted) an Xfinity Mobile account.

I have 3 Xfinity mobile orders in process that I did not place. Called the number on the email (if you did not place this order call this number) and they told me I had to call a different number. Why put the first number in the email?? When I called that number they told me they would call OR email back. hmm, which is it? Do you think that will happen?

Yep. Happening to me. Chat help said yes, we know this is happening, but you have to call such and such number, but I'm not able to talk on the phone at the minute, so I guess it's just screw me.

I had this happen to me too, it seems to be a common problem?

Except I got the number of the fraud department and I've been on hold for 45 minutes now. 30 minutes and I had to use my phone to call someone, so now I'm back in the queue for another 15 minutes.

From this forum it seems calling doesn't seem to help much?

This same exact thing happened to me. 3 fradulent orders one day, 3 more the next. Call a number, they transfer you to a different number then you have to hold for hours. Chat agents seem to be useless. The good part is it looks like hte orders utilized a stolen CC (not mine), but still - want to get these 6 orders completely out of my account! Anyone have any idea?
