Possibility to extend the promotion beyond 9/13?

Hello Comcast People!

 

Could you ask your management to extend the promotion period? Given the amount of time your websites are down and the technical difficulties they suffer, it only seems fair to extend the promotion period to make up for them.

 

Sincerely,

A customer who has not been able to successfully order another phone for two days (and counting)
