Phone backlog?

I ordered two Galaxy S7 Edge phones on Friday, September 9 and was charged later that day. When I submitted my order, the estimated delivery date given was September 13. It's now evening of September 12 and the phones do not have a tracking number assigned.

 

I assume there is a backlog of orders since the wait time for phone help is around an hour. Can an employee give me an guess as to when the phones will actually ship? I'm not in a bind, have not discontinued service with Verizon yet.
