Phone Delays

Phone Delays

Ordered mobile service on on 9/2. Credit card charged 9/3. Phone estimated to arrive today. Still haven't received any shipping info. Have spent HOURS every day this week trying to get answers from phone, chat, messenger, but nobody can tell me anything! Ticket was submitted to escalate. Has anyone had any luck getting through to a person?

I ordered one of my lines on 8/25, received the phone on 9/1, exactly 1 week after I placed the order because of Hurricane Harvey. I suggest you contact Xfinity Mobile CS via phone or chat or text them at 888-936-4968 to ask for the status of the order.

I ordered on 8/30 (LG X charge, while in stock) and have just received it today 9/7. It does take more than a week.

I preordered the Note 8, on Sep 3 and the status is now on "Shipping soon" for 4 days now. I know the release date is Sep 15, but every carrier is shipping their phones really earlySmiley Sad. I just have to keep my fingers crossed!

 

I just wished i didn't have to wait 90 mins every time i want to speak to someone. I'm personally giving them 4 Months to get the waiting times situated.
