Ordering a new phone and keeping XM number

I have three lines with Xfinity mobile and all devices fully paid. How do I order a new phone using one of the existing phone numbers? Can I just click add a line and then select an existing number to port in or is there a different procedure?

Hello, wpaulo. You're eligible for a phone upgrade once you've had XFINITY Mobile for 12 months or longer. Once eligible, customers can upgrade their phones once a year, every year. You can find more information regarding how to upgrade your phone and what's involved here.

When did he ask about a phone upgrade?  lol   wpaulo I'm about to do the same thing... I had to pre-order my Note 8 in order to exchange it from the S8+. It'll be here tomorrow and I want to keep the number I've had for 16 years. I'm not going to just exchange the sim cause I know when they get the S8+ in they'll cancel it so I'm going to just try and port it on activation. I'll let you know how that works out for me.  ☺

I would recommend calling us at 888-936-4968 to inquire about purchasing a new phone for an existing line so that they can process your order and provide additional information. We are unable to process orders via social support at this time.
