I seem to have the same problem as many on this forum. I ordered an IPhone 6S and LG X charge on Sep 7th. I received a 2nd tier inquiry on both phones and answered them Sep 7th. After some issues, I received a "confirmation" of my order for the IPhone 6S. The Lg X charge was shown on my account as backordered but later was not shown. I reached Xfinity Mobile support and asked for the ship date for the IPhone 6S and the status of the order for the LG X charge. The representative was courteous but not able to provide any information other than a guess on the ship date for the order. She could not find the X charge order in the system. I cancelled the X charge with customer service and ordered another on on line.

 

Can I get a ship date for the IPhone 6S and both confirmation that I have a "confirmed" order for the LG X charge and ship date?

I've been on the phone with Xfinity Mobile a few times and it's my opinion that the first tier representatives are not able to provide this info no matter helpful they want to be.

Hello, jachac. You can find information regarding how to track shipping and order status here. If the device is backordered it will be shipped as soon as your order can by fulfilled by our warehouse. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an update email with shipping details.
