Order not shipped yet, possible to still pick up in an Xfinity store?

The title actually says it all.

I placed an order a few days ago that hasn't shipped yet. Is it still possible to go to an Xfinity store and pick up my phones?

No it's not unless you cancel your order and place a new one. You can do that of course but it might cause a giant mess and delay the whole process.

AprilWhine, Have you been charged for the order yet? You may not be able to pick up the device from a store within the same order due to conflicting inventory. So it might be easier to cancel the order and then fulfill it in store if the store has it in stock. Which phone was it?

No it's not unless you cancel your order and place a new one. You can do that of course but it might cause a giant mess and delay the whole process.

Thanks for both answers. I have already been charged for the order so looks like the easiest way is to just wait.
