Order Still Not Shipped

I don’t see how orders ordered between 10/27-11/3 still haven’t shipped. Verizon has fulfilled orders that weren’t supposed to be delivered until 12/6, yet Xfinity doesn’t give any updates. My card has been charged and I still have no information on the dashboard other than Expect 11/24/17. I call Customer Service like every other day hoping for updates but they don’t seem to know too much. Two of the Customer Service reps couldn’t even find my account smh. Xfinity Mobile being new should have tried to exceed customers expectations instead they failed. I joined Xfinity because it was cheaper than Verizon but now I see why Verizon charges what they do. I never had this problem with getting a phone with Verizon. I hope you do better Xfinity Mobile.
