No shipping updates

Ordered phone on 9/6. Delivery date is 9/15. Have receive no shipping updates. Billing says I am not even a customer! Took the day off to sign for delivery. Is it going to be delivered on time? Need phone for work on Monday. After reading all the reviews, am afraid I shouldn't have switched my service.
