Need Order Update

Placed an order last week and have not received any information beside the email with my order number. Would like to see what’s going on? Anyone able to help?

Update: Apparently my order was cancelled ...and how convienient it was that the rep disconnected from chat as soon as they sent the message my ordered was cancelled. Beyond irritated.
