LTE voice and Voice mail not working

I bought an iPhone X from Xfinity mobile in November 2018. LTE voice and voice maile was working fine for about a month and stopped working. Internet Tethering stopped working too. Called customer service and after couple of weeks escalated to tier 2. They couldn’t figure it out too. After 4 weeks of disappointment I gave up. Still having the same issue. Any help would appreciate.
