Hi, brianhsr. Please try clearing your web browser's cache and cookies then logging into your account at xfinitymobile.com/activate. Please keep me posted if that does the trick.

Just tried clearing history and cookies. Did not work. Please advice. Been in the phone queue forever and there's no other way to do this!!!

Same here... activation page is timing out

 

This site can’t be reached

xfinitymobile.com took too long to respond.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Had the same problem, called the 800 #, waited for 30 mins and then the phone was activated by the service rep.

The short of it - they are swampt with new accounts and still have to work out some technical isues. Give the guys a break and appreciate their efforts to move the cell industry forward.

30 minutes?   Hahahaha...

I called support and was told by the system that my wait time would be 2hrs and 50minutes - would I like a callback?

Sure, I registered for a callback and about 90 minutes later - I got an automated callback... which then put me on hold for another 90 minutes.

I never did get to speak to anyone - my kid hung up my phone (which was sitting on my desk blaring music on hands free) to play a game.
