I activated a BYOD (iPhone 7 Plus) at Xfinity store. Couldn't setup voicemail.

I activated a BYOD (iPhone 7 Plus) at Xfinity store. Couldn't setup voicemail.

I activated a BYOD (iPhone 7 Plus) yesterday at Xfinity store. Everything went smooth except that I couldn't setup my voicemail. I only get an error message "VOICEMAIL . User Busy". Can you help me? Thanks.
