Help with order

I place a order on 1/30/2018 received the email asking me to send in my ID and a recent utility bill and answer some questions and i did just that i waited and called Saturday to find out my order was cancelled and was told to place another and i did just want to know if this order will ship this time i fellow everything this time around so what the hold up
