I am very confused I purchased the IPhone 8 Plus and a few hours after I made the purchase I decided that I changed my mind and wanted the IPhone X so I called xfinity mobile regarding the return policy and the lady said I can’t exchange my newly bought IPhone 8 Plus for the IPhone X even though I’m still in the 30 days, yet could not provide me with a reason I couldn’t do the exchange! I’m so mad I just wanna cancel my whole service and start all over.

Kissmycass_xoxo, once an order is made and it posts, it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive the iPhone 8, you can call XFINITY Mobile to exchange it for an iPhone X.

Yes I understand that but when I tried to call to do the exchange the representative stated that I am not ALLOWED to exchange the IPhone 8 Plus for the IPhone X, she stated xfinity wasn’t allowing exchanges for the IPhone X

Oh I see.  I haven't heard of this specifically, so I recommend calling in again and retrying to confirm.
