Customer service escalation request

Customer service escalation request

I transferred my services recently. When I transferred them, I also had my username transferred to the new account. On the my account app, all services are showing normally. However, when I sign in with the same username for xfinity mobile, it tells me I’m not a customer. I have called support and not gotten it resolved.

lowryt96, this is a known issue. Your account number changes when you move. Your XFINITY Mobile account needs to reflect the new residential account number. Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve that for you via forums. Please give us a call so that we can resolve.

No one to hold escalations accountable. They will not help.
