Cancel Phone Order

I was wondering how long it takes for a cancelation to go thru? I just called to cancel order I had for a cell phone and was told it was canceled and would not be sent but is still showing up in my mobile account.

If the C/S representative knows what they are doing, it appears to be a matter of minutes.  I attempted to cancel one of my orders and was told it was done. Later, I saw it still under my account, so I called again. The new representative verified that the order was still in the system, then cancelled it again. I received a cancellation email within minutes of talking to him.
