App says I’m not a customer

App says I’m not a customer

When I log into the mobile app it’ shows that I’m logged in but it also states that I’m not a customer so i can not access any info. I called Xfinity and was told to wait 24 hours but nothing happened

Make certain that you log in as the primary account holder. I have four email accounts, the primary one is the one Comcast assigned. The other three are names I chose. I have to use the assigned Comcast account to access all my account information.
