An indication my phone was hacked?

Was just casually going through my settings and saw this (see attached).

HELOMOTO-iPhone8c9c902d5t-Pro.

MAC address
8c:f5:a3:d4:b9:09
Device
Galaxy S7

As shown, my phone is a Galaxy S7.  I named my phone "HELOMOTO" and have never owned an iPhone.  Anyone seen this kinda thing before?
