Activation issue

I am trying to port in my number from TPO mobile to Xfinity Mobile using BYOD. But I kept getting the error "We ran into a problem when attempting to transfer your number to XFINITY Mobile. Some information provided does not match what your previous carrier has on record. Don't worry, we'll figure this out." even though the information is correct. Coustomer specialist said no issue with information and submited activation again and again but got the same error. Is this an issue with BYOD Iphone6s? Can anyone look into the root cause of my Issue?
