xfinity home mobile app not working

Xfinity home This app does not work. Most times I can't get past the home icon. When able to get to the sign in page, I get error messages unable to login try again, and so on. I just cancelled my prior security service that i had  for more than ten years...which was 
reliable and had great service. I hope xfinity works. People don't have money to waste. Please fix this app

Receiving the 11311 error AGAIN. Cannot see cameras nor arm or disarm system via app or web. Getting tired of receiving these error messages on such a regular basis for as much money as we are spending. (Quad pack) please advise when this will be fixed.

Hey everyone, has this issue been resolved?  I'm experiencing the same problem and I'm beyond frustrated.

The issue this thread was originally referring to is resolved.  I pulled up your account & already see tickets open with our tier 2 support.  They should be able to help you directly resolve the issues you are experiencing.
