Having issue login into xfinity home app on iphone 5s have try to uninstalled and reinstall with the same result,  any help would be appreciate have not done any ios upgrades in the last 3 months

 

Confirmed same user id and pw is working off husbands android phone

Hi Hforand & Shabba0427 - 

 

Could you please check the date/time settings on your device & make sure these are correct.  This error is common when these settings are off by more than 24 hours.

Can you please check that your timezone on your phone matches the timezone you are in?

I am getting this error message when I try and sign into xfinity home app please advise. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue.
