Every note I read that had the same problem Rachel from Comcast private messaged everyone. I don't know what the big secret is --- just tell everyone how to fix the problem. I read through threads and saw if you sign in with original Comcast.net username (email address) it will work again.

You are right. The first way we troubleshoot any error code that has to do with sign in is by confirming that the user is a current subscriber & signing in with the email address associated with their Xfinity Home security account. I private message users when I need to confirm or provide sensitive account information.
