iPhone 5s Problem - Can't view cameras

I can log in and turn on and off the alarm, but cannot view cameras from my iPad or iPhone 5s. I have had the app for past 2 years with good access to cameras. Just in the past few weeks, each time I try to log in, the cameras are "unavailable". My wife can log in with her Galaxy Notebook phone and view all cameras. Very frustrating.

However, when I turn off wifi, I can see cameras so the problem seems to be related to when wifi is on. My wife's phone is a Galaxy and she does not have any problems. Also I can log into a website and view cameras with my Apple MacBookPro.
