iOS App Log in error #21001

We were successfully logged in on two phones. One phone is now prompting us to log in again but but we get error #21001. Haven't been able to find any info on this error code. Has anyone else seen this?

Hi CarolynH123,

 

A 21001 is just yet another general way of saying: an error occurred during login. I've sent you a private message. Let me know if this doesn't resolve your issue.

Yes having the same issue been going for 2 weeks now very annoying.

We're currently experiencing an issue that is affecting the Xfinity Home Mobile App & Subscriber Portal.  Our engineers are actively working on restoring full App & Portal functionality.  I am adding your names, accounts & the specific error codes you've mentioned to a ticket to confirm your issues are resolved once we've issued a fix.  I will provide updates as they are available.  I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

For the second day in a row I am unable to access my Xfinity Home security system remotely. I pay for this system to for the ability to monitor my home remotely and now it is not working. 

 

The issue appears to be with Xfinity home itself as my home internet connection is working just fine. I have confirmed both my iPhone 6S and PC internet browser are reporting connection issues with Xfinity home.

 

Error: 13502 and 21002 when trying to access the app on my iPhone.

Same here. It's been going on and off like this since two days ago. When it did come up, for a while, I couldn't see any camera footage. Now it is back down again. I guess this fix is really taking a while.

You know, I work in IT and we have the decency to inform our users when we are experience an unexpected system outage. Comcast can't even must up the effort to send out a communication to their customers informing them that there are serious multi-day spanning outages going on with our security systems... I had to go online and search out the error message myself, does Comcast have something to hide here, are they trying just hoping that none of their customers notice the outage going on?

I just called technical support regarding the issue and the woman on the line said there were no outages on Tuesday or Wednesday and the system is fully functioning today. If that were true, I would be able to access the app and portal to monitor my system as the advertisements state. I am not happy about being called a liar and then treated like a fool when I am clearly having issues. Great service, Comcast!

I am experiencing the same issue error code 21001. This has been happening off and on for a while now but for the last 2 days can't even sign into my account o my phone or any other devices, lost camera viewing etc. pay to much money for these issues to not be ironed out. Plus we already had a guy come out for the same issues and it was ok for a while then it happened again not to mention they charged me $50 service call to my bill. Honestly thinking about aborting Comcast for good. spend to much money for things not working properly.

I am also having a problem with my login.. Also says there is an outage in my area for cable but it says my internet is working.. Very frustrating since there is a football game on tonight that I have people coming over to watch

Having the same issue w/ access via mobile app and browser.  Error code 21001. Needs to be resolved.

I am experiencing the same error core Rachel and because I couldn't remotely turn of my alarm, it went off when I entered and the Monitoring station called.to see if they needed to dispatch the police. I hope you get this fixed sooooooon.

I pulled up your account & see the last time you experiences 21001 errors was on the day you posted.  I see successful app activity since then.  Are you still experiencing this issue?

I am having the same issue. I need to turn off the auto arming of the alarm.

 

Can't login from app or portal to adjust automation.

 

What can I do to fix it?

What is the deal? I keep trying to log into my account via my IPad & keep getting the Error 21001? I'm not paying over $200 a month & not able to access my security system via my apple devices....
