Just got app but can't sign in due to error .what is wrong

Hi chicoman1 - 

 

I pulled up your account & see successful sign ins.  I believe you may have been using an email address other than the one associated with your Xfinity Home account to sign into the mobile app.  I'd like to private message you to confirm you have the correct email address to sign in.
