cannot sign in on iPad

I am getting error 24500 invalid usernam/password when trying to login on my ipad. Checked on computer, I wasn't able to login on computer either. Recovered password on my computer, updated it and still not allowing me to sign in on iPad.

Hi,

 

If the email address you signed up with Xfinity Home is not a Comcast domain you cannot use the mobile app. I sent you a private message.

OK, confirming that everything is working now. I was able to login into iPAd App and in account on computer.
