I got those errors messages as I opened the xfinity home app and as I try to login to my account.
It even have me a warning pop out telling me to put four phone numbers which is init when I went to the portal.

Hi,

 

Yes--The pop up is a message to remind you to add another contact. According to your account, you only have one phone number listed. 

 

It sounds like you were getting the 21001 and 43504 due to connectivity issues.

I get the error code 43500 w every time try to login in tried on multiple devices
