Xfinity mobile app

Xfinity mobile app

I recently changed my password. My email works just fine, but when I try to log into the mobile app on my phone, it says the username and password do not match. I have tried unstalling the app and have call Comcast several times. My last call I was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. Can anyone help me?

Are you still looking into the issue because I am still experiencing the same problem. It let me log in one time today and kicked me right back out of the system.
