Xfinity home app

The Xfinity home app keeps logging me out. I’m not able to log in using finger scanner on my IPhone 6 Plus until I log back in with my username and password. This happens often and is annoying.

Thanks for reaching out.  Can you please let me know when you are experiencing this issue?  Are you connected to Wifi or LTE?  Do you have cellular data disabled for the app?

I’m having the same issue. Has been happening off and on the past month I believe. I think it happens when I’m on WiFi only.
