Xfinity home app error

When I open the app I get two errors 43999 it is highly frustrating to pay so much for something that does not work correctly. Please help.

I get the same error. The comcastcares on Twitter can't seem to figure it out.

I had to change my log in email to a comcast.net email address and it started working again.
