Xfinity home app error 43401

Hi my alarm went off yesterday. Afterwards I am not able to log in error 43401. I have changed the password, no luck, deleted and re-installed the app, no luck. Says use original username/email which I am using. I have an iphone. What must be done?

Thanks for reaching out.  I pulled up your account and see login attempts using both email addresses on your comcast account.  The login errors are happening when trying to sign in with the non-primary email address.  You must sign in with the original email address used at the time Xfinity Home was installed.  I can private message you with more information.

Thanks for reaching out.  I pulled up your account & do not see active Xfinity Home security service.  The Xfinity Home app is only for active subscribers of that service.  If you believe this to be in error, please let me know!

I recently had Xfinity Home added to my service and I can use the Xfinity Home app to control the alarm system logged in to the primary account.  However I setup a secondary account for my wife but if she logs into the app, she gets the 43401 error others have been describing in this thread for years.  This message http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Xfinity-Home-App/Xfinity-home-app-error-43401/m-p/2543558#M2832 says "We are working on multiple sign on in the future." -- that's from June, 2015 and it's now September 2017.  How's that work coming?

Thanks for reaching out.  43401 errors can stem from a number of issues.  In your case, it's happening when trying to sign in with a secondary email address (i.e. the one you set up for your wife.)  At this time, we only allow a single user account to use the Xfinity Home mobile app.  We are working on changing this behavior to support additional user accounts in the future.
