Xfinity Home App Error 43999

I downloaded the app and it will not let me sign in and keeps giving me error code 43999. I would love to be able to use the services I'm paying for!

I need to grant a secondary account access to xfinity home. Logging in under the secondary account gives that error message

Hi aircraftnut - 

 

Currently our mobile app only supports sign in with the primary email address associated with the Xfinity Home security account.  If you are concerned with providing those credentials to another user, we can open a ticket to set up another email address used only for Xfinity Home that you can share with another user.
