XH app doesn't connect to touchpad

XH app doesn't connect to touchpad

XH app doesn't work! It just says that the touchpad has lost its connectivity...but it hasn't. The app just won't let me arm/disarm or see the camera. Have tried rebooting the modem, the touchpad, my iPhone as well as deleting/reinstalling the app and logging in and out. Help!!

I pulled up your account & it looks like a tech is scheduled to come out 2/6.  I'd like to touch base with you afterwards to make sure your issue is resolved.

I pulled up your account & from my end it looks like the issue still persists.  I'd like to open a ticket on your behalf to get you in touch with a tech who can work with you directly on this.
