Urgent Home App Error 42400

Urgent Home App Error 42400

I keep getting this error 42400 when I try to log in to my app. I have deleted and reloaded the app multiple times. Can you help? Very frustrating!

Hi Cleo122 - 

 

I believe you were signing in with an email address that is not associated with your Xfinity Home security account.  I see successful app activity since you posted.  Are you still experiencing this issue?

Still having the same issue can't log in to the home app. Very frustrating especially when your away from your home!. I'm user the same user name and password I have always used.

Hi Cleo122 - 

 

I pulled up your account again.  I see the 42400 errors when you are signing in with am email address not linked to your Xfinity Home security account.  I see successful app activity with the email address that is associated with the account.  I am able to update your information & change it to the @comcast.net email address you'd prefer using.
