Unable to use home app

Unable to use home app

My husband and I are both receiving error messages when trying to access our security through the home app. Error code 11101. We tried re-booting everything, uninstalling app and re-installing, restarting phones, etc. It works fine on ipad. Not on our Android phones. Please help!

We are looking at this issue on a broader scale.  We believe to have found the root cause & are working on a fix.  Are you experiencing this issue when using the app over WIFI?

Hi hmartin - 

 

We have released a fix that should address the issues you have been experiencing.  I pulled up your account and see you haven't experienced any 11101 errors since 9/15.  Can you please let me know if this issue is resolved?
