I can't even open the app everytime I wanna log in to set up my cam it doesn't let me and tells me session error 43999 it needs to get fixed asap

I pulled up your XHome account & see it is in an activation ready status.  Has your install been completed?

I'm waiting for the camera to be delivery it should be here by Monday I wanted to have everything ready by the time it gets here but I can't even log in you guys have to fix the app asap

Hi Stephy1013 - 

 

Until your install appointment & activation happens, you can not access the mobile app.  The tech will be able to set everything up and walk you through signing in, at which point you will be able to use the app.
