I'm waiting for the camera to be delivery it should be here by Monday I wanted to have everything ready by the time it gets here but I can't even log in you guys have to fix the app asap

Until your install appointment & activation happens, you can not access the mobile app. The tech will be able to set everything up and walk you through signing in, at which point you will be able to use the app.
