I get this message FREQUENTLY! Anyone know why?

I pulled up your account.  From my end, I see you haven't received this error today & are performing many of the same actions within the app.  Are you still experiencing this issue?

Hi psalo -- 

 

I see what is is likely causing the issue, but I need to Private Message you before I can proceed.  Private Messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.
