Session error # 43999

Can not log on to the Xfinity Home app. I have uninstalled and get same error. I can log into my computer with my user/password but not on my iPhone or iPad. I really need for this app to work on my phone

Same error here. I changed iPhones Monday and have been getting the error #43999 ever since.

Same error here: 43999. Worked fine yesterday, but I've been having this same error all day today now. Just installed xfinity home last week and it's been great up until now. Pretty disappointed that I'm already getting an error that is preventing me from logging on at all. Please help. I need this app to work because I work Monday through Friday 8-4. I need to be able to monitor my apartment while I am at work. PLEASE get this resolved!!!

I believe you may be using a username other than the primary when trying to log in.  I will private message you with the primary username associated with your account.  Could you please try using this name to log in?

Hi Rachel. I'm sorry, but no one has reached out to me. I've not received any calls or emails. Still have the same error code and no mobile service. I'm only able to use iPad & my internet server to access email. Just about to give up hope on this seemingly worthless app.

Hi Rachel,

I had a tech come here yesterday, who was able to fix an unrelated issue with my caller id, but not this. He did have me log onto the website, which tells me that my xfinity home account has been suspended, which looks like my problem when it comes to logging onto the Home app. Who do I contact to fix this? Thanks.

Hi Rachel, the tech is apparently not calling the right number. I would suggest that he/she send me an email and I will give him the proper number to call. Otherwise he/she is wasting their time. Thx.

I am also receiving a 43999 error when trying to login to the Xfinity Home app. I have unintstalled and reinstalled the app, as well as turned my iPhone off and on. Neither fixed the issue. Please assist.

we can log in through web browsers just fine but are unable to log onto the app (error #43999). we have tried it on 3 different android phones and one ipad, all using the primary account login info. this is unbelievably frustrating especially as one of the main selling points of the system was being able to control it from a mobile device.

Currently our mobile app only supports sign in with the username provisioned when you opened your Xfinity Home security account.  I'd like to private message you to get some more information to help troubleshoot.

I am also getting the 43999 error. I am signing in with the primary user name so that is not the issue. If I try to use another one I get "username and password do not match." If I use the primary I get the error code. This all started when the app updated.

i'm getting this error as well, I had uninstalled the web app many moons ago because it stopped working right. downloaded the web app again last night and now getting the error 43999. also can't log in via the web portal. i have followed the directions for changing the password many times and it never works.

I pulled up your Xfinity Home account & believe you may be logging into the app with an email address that is not associated with the account.  Currently, only one email address can be used to sign in to the mobile app.  I will private message you with this information.
