I'm getting this error when trying to log into the app on my phone. Help?!

Hello my wife is also getting the some error . Is it due to her  being the 2nd user. I am under my user name and i do not see where i can add her to access to the xifinty home??.

Hi Chassisguy - 

 

Currently the Xfinity Home mobile app only supports sign in with the one email address associated with the Home security account.  You can have your wife sign in with your email address, or I can open a ticket and have the account updated to use an email address you're both comfortable sharing.

 My wife and I only share one email account, so that is the one we are trying to sign in with.  I seen like it has gotten worse.  I can not even sign in anymore.

I have an android, tried to log into Xfinity Home app with regular login and primary comcast login, but for all attempts am getting 43401 error. Help! Can log in find through the computer. and view camera.

I'm having the same issue. 

 

I cannot login at all and I'm receving the 43401 Error but I'm using the primary email and password on the account.

I've already tried reseting the password with 3 analysts and I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

 

Please help.

I had Xfinity home with installed on7/1/17 and was able to log in to home app at that time but have not been able to log into app since
