Password and comcast ID

Password and comcast ID

For some reason I had to sign in again on the app. I had the info saved on my KeyChain but it is not accepted. I have tried all combinations of my passwords and iDs to no avail. I can't find anyplace to change my password etc. Can someone help me? PLEASE!

Try uninstalling the app and make sure it is not save in your cloud. This keychain apple has is effecting the cookie the application sets. It is not a comcast issue. Also, make sure it is only your primary user id ( aka comcast email address ). Secondary accounts do not work on the Xfinity Home Mobile App.

No problem! Call 1800COMCAST if you need live support, I heard they're very patient support techs!
