Not receiving notifications

I am no longer receiving notifications on my phone when there is a change in alarm status. I reinstalled the app, i made sure my notifications were on and im still not notified. It worked fine for more than 6 months and just stopped.

You should call immediately and ask Comcast!

Hi Kris10c - 

 

Could you please explain in a little more detail the issue you are experiencing?  Are you no longer receiving text message notifications?  Or are you not seeing the state of your alarm update within the app?

I no longer receive the text notifications when someone arms or disarms the alarm
