The service is great but I can't watch live feed from my phone nor recordings. When I click on it does the buffering and then closed out. I don't tried to uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it does the same thing. Not sure if it's the APP or my phone. Can I please get some help with this issue. This issue is stopping me from buying another camera. No need for it if I can't watch my house live. My software on my phone is Nogut and I am not sure why it's not working. Can we please get a update on the APP for the software.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us on our forums.  We're already looking into this issue, but I've been able to pull up your account specifically to share with our team.  I will reach out again when I have more information!

Thanks!
